How long will a 12V 200Ah battery last?
Run Time (hours) = Battery Capacity (Ah) / Current (A)
The higher the discharge rate (amount of current/amps being drawn from the battery), the shorter the duration it will last.
For example:
A 200Ah battery discharging at just 10A could theoretically last around 20 hours. Discharging at 50A would last only around 4 hours.
What's the difference between LiTime 12V 200Ah and 200Ah Plus?
The BMS boards are different. The 200Ah battery uses a 100A BMS, which can accept a maximum continuous charge/discharge current of 100A. The Plus version uses a 200A BMS, which can accept a maximum continuous charge/discharge current of 200A.
Are LiTime 12V 200Ah LiFePO4 Lithium batteries safe?
Yes. LiFePO4 is an inherently safe chemistry and the most stable lithium-type battery on the market. LiTime lithium cells are certificated by UL, FCC, CE, RoHS, and UN38.3 to ensure their quality and safety.
All LiTime LiFePO4 batteries come with an internal Battery Management System, which protects against under-voltage during discharge, over-voltage during charge, over-current during discharge, over-temperature during charge and discharge, and short-circuit protection – protects battery cells from damage.
Additionally, LiTime LiFePO4 Lithium batteries have been tested to be free from the risk of fire, and electric shock in harsh environments.
Can I pair a Bluetooth Module for LiTime 12V 200Ah battery to monitor the battery status on the phone?
No. This battery is not compatible with the Bluetooth module. You can use a 500A Battery Monitor With Shunt to keep track of battery status.
Can I use LiTime LiFePO4 Lithium batteries as starting batteries?
No. LiTime LiFePO4 lithium deep cycle batteries are not intended to be used as starting batteries but energy storage, please do not use them to start any devices.

How to charge LiTime LiFePO4 lithium batteries?
1. Using Solar Panels
The battery can be fully charged in one day (with effective sunshine 4.5 hrs/day) by 800W solar panels. It may take more than one day to fully charge the battery by ≥800W solar panels since the duration and intensity of light would be a great factor for their charging efficiency. Besides solar panels, there are 2 more ways to charge.
2. Generator/Alternator
If the alternator or generator supports DC output, a DC-to-DC charger is needed to connect the battery to the generator; if your alternator or generator supports AC output, please add a suitable battery charger to connect the battery and the generator according to our recommendations. The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V. The Recommended Charging Current: ① 40A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 100A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.
3. LiFePO4 Smart Chargers
To charge 12V battery, it is recommended to use 14.6V battery charger. The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V. The Recommended Charging Current: ① 40A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 100A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.

Is it okay to keep the charger connected to the battery without disconnecting?
It is recommended to disconnect the charger from the battery or unplug the charger plug from the socket when the storage battery is fully charged. Otherwise, it may cause the battery BMS to trigger overcharging protection.
If BMS protection is frequently triggered, the BMS will be damaged over time, leading to degradation of the battery system performance or even damage.
Can I charge LiTime LiFePO4 lithium batteries in cold weather (under freezing temperatures)?
LiFePO4 batteries can safely charge between 0℃ to 50℃ / 32℉ to 122℉. LiTime cold weather batteries include the low-temperature charging protection which will automatically cut the battery charging off when the cell temperature is lower than 32℉, thus preventing the battery cells from damage when charging under the freezing point.

How do I store LiTime LiFePO4 lithium batteries?
It is recommended to store LiTime LiFePO4 batteries at 50% state of charge (SOC). If the batteries are stored for long periods, cycle the batteries at least every 6 months. Recommended storage environment: 10℃～35℃ (50℉～95℉), 45%RH～75％RH

I am upgrading my 2010 solar system inmy 1968 VW Westfalia Pop Top Camper. I received the 200 AH battery, 20A charger, and battery monitor promptly. Still waiting on the solar charge controller to arrive. Battery was well-packed with good instructions. It was about 80% charged when it arrived and took about four hours to fully charge with the 20 amp charger. I probably should have purchased the 40 amp charger as recommended and may eventually upgrade to it if the 20 amp charger can't do the job. I will update this review when I receive the solar controller and fully install and test it in a camping experience. I love the lighter weight of the battery. I no longer need to call on my trusty neighbors to help me install the battery inside my VW Bus. The support at Li-Time have done a really good job of resolving the shipping problem with my solar controller. In particular I want to give a shout out to Mavis. She has been great to work with.

I purchased this battery back around Nov/Dec 24. I I also ordered a LiTime battery charger. According to the battery manual the battery comes (30-50% charged for shipping) and requires being fully charged before use. I followed the manual and powered up my inverter perfectly. I have a 22' boat that is underpowered with a 12v trolling motor. I would run down a standard deep cycle lead acid battery in a day of fishing to the point the thrust just faded away.
I recieved this 200ah battery and charged it up; it took about 6 hours on the 40 amp lithium charger.
I have been fishing twice now for a total of about 12 hours of trolling motor operation. These were not low power trolling days, the wind mandated a solid effort from the trolling motor to maintain position and direction. After the 2nd trip, I put my battery gauge on it and it is still reading 100% without a hint of fade! I am more than pleased to the point of disbelief. This is an amazing product. Now the only unknown is how many years it will operate at this level. Time will tell.
