This warranty is effective from the date of purchase by the Buyer. It covers significant defects in materials, workmanship, and performance of any LiTime product under normal use and service.
If any LiTime product(s) fail to meet the quality standards declaim in this Limited Warranty which is determined by our technical support team, then we will either repair or replace the defective product(s) with a new or refurbished product(s). The replacement products will be compatible with the original product and have the same or greater rated power.
In some cases where a repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued. Please note that this warranty follows the guidelines of the Limited Warranty, with an attached table detailing the replacement costs for warranty replacement of proportionate warranty items.
The warranty will be voided if the product is dismantled, improperly installed or operated. For detailed installation and operating instructions, please refer to the product page on our website, the product manual, or consult our customer support team.

Note: Ensure that the complete package is returned (including the original box, product, all accessories, and documents contained in the package). If any items are damaged or missing, the buyer will be responsible for any resulting loss.
Buyers have a 30-minute window to cancel their order after it has been placed. If the order has already been shipped or picked up and can't be canceled, buyers should try to contact the shipping carrier to refuse the package.
* Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are expected to understand the product's limitations and use it properly. This includes:
(1) Avoid using incompatible chargers or charging configurations.
(2) Do not apply a voltage or current higher than its supported voltage or current to the product.
(3) Avoid vandalism or abuse.
(4) Do not expose the product to extreme hot or cold temperatures.
(5) Do not use non-starting batteries as starting batteries or in applications for which the product was not designed.
(6) Do not open or modify the product. Avoid damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, conversions, and additions.
(7) Do not use alligator clips to connect the charger or load.
(8) Avoid using undersized products.
(9) Prevent damage caused by contamination with water, radiation, and hazardous substances.
(10) If the product manual or product page indicates that a starting battery cannot or is prohibited from being used in series and/or parallel, do not forcibly connect batteries in series and/or parallel as it could lead to product failure.
(11 ) Avoid excessive discharge due to self-discharge during storage.
(12) Avoid damage caused by improper installation, operation, handling, transportation, storage, or maintenance.
(13) Prevent mechanical damage caused by shock, excessive vibration, penetration, etc.
(14) Avoid damage caused by reversed positive and negative polarity or reverse polarity connections.
(15) Avoid damage caused by liquids or internal corrosion resulting therefrom.
* Not Covered by Warranty
(1) Insufficient ventilation.
(2) Reasonable wear and tear.
(3) The product was lost or stolen.
(4) High temperature melting at the terminals due to not using extra washers or not tightening the terminals as required.
(5) Unusual electrical stress, such as power surges, uncontrolled voltages and currents, excessive or deficient energy supply, system harmonics, and lighting.
(6) Force majeure events, including fires, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, severe weather, wars, and acts of terrorism.
(7) Defects caused by individuals other than the manufacturer, including improper operation, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of the product or equipment and materials in violation of the provided instructions, manuals, and agreements.
(8) Items intended to be consumed or expended during the regular operation and maintenance of the products.
Without the manufacturer's involvement in system design and explicit written authorization, the battery shall not be used as a backup or primary power source for life support systems or other medical devices, nor for any use where battery failure could result in personal injury, loss of life, or catastrophic property damage. The buyer assumes all risks associated with such use of the battery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the manufacturer disclaims any and all liability arising from such use. Additionally, the manufacturer reserves the right to refuse service for any batteries used for the aforementioned purposes and disclaims any and all liability for such refusal.
