LiTime 48V 3500W Solar Inverter Charger
LiTime 3500W inverter charger integrates an inverter, battery charger, and transfer switch into a single system. When AC power is available, it charges the house batteries and passes any excess AC power to downstream devices, like TVs or microwaves. Once AC power is lost, it converts DC battery power into AC electricity.
The LiTime solar inverter charger features an integrated LiFePO4 lithium battery activation function and delivers a pure sine wave output. Equipped with an easy-to-read LED screen and indicator lights, it also supports RS485 communication.
A Solar Inverter Charger=MPPT + Pure Sine Wave Inverter + Lithium Battery Charger
A solar inverter charger combines three essential components into one: an MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) charge controller, a pure sine wave inverter, and a lithium battery charger. The MPPT maximizes the efficiency of solar energy input, ensuring optimal charging for your batteries. The pure sine wave inverter delivers clean, stable AC power, making it ideal for sensitive electronics. The lithium battery charger ensures efficient and safe charging for modern LiFePO4 and other lithium batteries. This all-in-one solution simplifies solar power systems, providing seamless energy management.

Build Your Solar System with LiTime 3500W Solar Inverter Charger
Sorry. This inverter charger is only suitable for 48V system. If you need the inverter charger for 12V battery, visit LiTime 3000W Inverter Charger
The product is used with a pemanent power source (battery, PV and gridpower). Input and/or output teminals may still be dangerously energized, even when the product is switched off.
ALWAY'S make sure the solar inverter chargeris in the OFF position and disconnect all AC and Dc connections before carrying out maintenance or servicing the product.
Do not remove the terminial panel or touch the wiring terminials, the mains input and AC output voltage is high.
An inverter converts DC (battery) power into AC power and supplies it to connected devices. An inverter/charger goes a step further by connecting to an AC power source, continuously charging the batteries when AC power is available. During a power outage, it automatically switches to battery power to maintain the flow of electricity to connected equipment.

Wendy Yuan went the extra mile when I ordered on the wrong CC. The order was canceled and crediteded within 2 days and my new order went through smooth as silk. I haven't installed the batteries yet, but I have several friends who strongly endorse LiTime products.
I like the compact size and it powered most of my loads including lighting, fans, computers,TV, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher. It would NOT start my 1HP air compressor.
ISSUES:
The AC input to the unit cannot be connected to a GFCI protected circuit if the inverter neutral output is bonded to ground anywhere in your system.
The MPPT charge controller performed poorly in low light conditions. It continues to load down the PV to below the minimum input voltage and then trips out and restarts. This appears to happen until you have 150 to 200 watts of power coming in.
The idle power consumption of the inverter is rather high, using about 1.2 KWH per day. The ECO mode reduces the standby current some but the load detection level and search times are not adjustable. This can cause safety issues if you are using the inverter in the ECO mode with a power tool. The tool may not activate the inverter and start for as much as 30 seconds, resulting in the tool starting unexpectedly.
Finally, the wiring compartment is inadequate. There is not enough wiring room, the terminal strips are of poor quality, and the wiring entry holes do not fit US conduit fittings. This makes it difficult to provide any type of strain relief and protection for the cables.
This is the latest offering from Li Time. An all-in-one inverter/ charger. Connections seem sturdy. It has M6 terminals for 48v battery connections and comes with 2 awg lugs. Overall a solid all-in-one unit. Only downside side at the moment is, no Bluetooth, but you may be able to use RS485 port for remote monitoring panels.
This is the first ever inverter Ive ever connected. The unit was packaged very well and included the wiring hardware(wires not included) and a printed set up/programming manual. I felt the into price was hard to pass up and fit my personal needs for power outage after a hurricane. Set up was less than 30 minutes for a rookie, I only connected the ac in/out and a server rack battery.
My only complaint so far is the default ac charging Amps is set at 40V. The manual does state this but the menu setting in the software is closer to the back 30 something if i remember. So if you have it plugged in you will most likely trip your standard wall out li before you can change it. Once I changed that setting it went pretty smooth. I topped of my 52 volt server rack battery with no issue.
