Yes. LiFePO4 is an inherently safe chemistry and the most stable lithium-type battery on the market. LiTime lithium cells are UL certified for the highest safety and sustainability standards. All LiTime LiFePO4 batteries come with an internal Battery Management System which protects against under-voltage during discharge, over-voltage during charge, over-current during discharge, over-temperature during charge and discharge, and short-circuit protection – protects battery cells from damage. Yes, you can charge LiTime LiFePO4 lithium batteries with solar panels.
The battery can be fully charged in one day (with effective sunshine 4.5 hrs/day) by 400W solar panels. It may take more than one day to fully charge the battery by ≥400W solar panels since the duration and intensity of light would be a great factor for their charging efficiency.
Besides solar panels, there are 2 more ways to charge.

LiTime 12V 100Ah mini LiFePO4 batteries can safely charge between 0℃ to 50 ℃ / 32℉ to 122 ℉. The 12V 100Ah Mini Smart has upgraded with low-temperature cut-off protection, there for the battery can be automatically cut-off charging and discharging uder low-temp to protect battery lifspan and performance.
It is recommended to store LiTime LiFePO4 batteries at 50% state of charge (SOC). If the batteries are stored for long periods, recharge the batteries at least every 3 months. Recommended storage environment: 10℃ to 35 ℃ / 50℉ to 95 ℉,45%RH~75%RH.
