Batteries over 30Ah receive a 5-year warranty when used correctly according to the product manual instructions.
Batteries 30Ah or less and solar charge controllers are warranted for 3 years. Battery chargers carry a 2-year warranty.
Used batteries classified as "Like New" are warranted for 4 years, while "Very Good" condition batteries have a 3-year warranty.
All warranties are effective from the date of purchase by the end user. Correct installation and usage as specified in the product manual are required to maintain warranty eligibility.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

1. Using Solar Panels
The LiTime 12V 280Ah battery can be fully charged by in one day (with effective sunshine 4.5hrs/day) by 1200W solar panels. It may take more than one day to fully charge the battery by ≥1200W solar panels since the duration and intensity of light would be a great factor for their charging efficiency.
2. Generator/Alternator
If the alternator or generator supports DC output, a DC-to-DC charger is needed to connect the battery to the generator; if your alternator or generator supports AC output, please add a suitable battery charger to connect the battery and the generator according to our recommendations. The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V. The Recommended Charging Current: ① 56A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 140A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.
3. LiFePO4 Smart Chargers
To charge 12V battery, it is recommended to use 14.6V battery charger. The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V. No. This battery is not compatible with the Bluetooth module. You can use a 500A Battery Monitor With Shunt to keep track of battery status.
LiFePO4 batteries can safely charge between 0℃ to 50℃ / 32℉ to 122℉. LiTime 12V 280Ah LiFePO4 batteries include the low-temperature charging protection which will automatically cut the battery charging off when the cell temperature is lower than 32℉, thus preventing the battery cells from damage when charging under the freezing point.
It is recommended to store LiFePO4 lithium batteries at 50% state of charge (SOC). If the batteries are stored for long periods, cycle the batteries at least every 3 months. Recommended storage environment: 10℃~35℃ (50℉~95℉),45%RH~75%RH

I really haven't had a chance to fully operational test the batteries but so far while the rig is in storage the batteries are performing excellent. I replace 5 100ah Battle Born batteries with 3 280ah Li Time batteries. Having the extra storage has been an eye opener. I look forward to doing primarily boondocking starting next month.
I installed two 280 ah batteries and they seem perfect so far! Incredible difference between these and the 80 ah lead acid deep cycle the Rv came with.
I purchased the LiTime 280Ah as an upgrade for a standard lead acid 77Ah battery in my small camper. The battery was shipped quickly and packed very well. With the sale price and a military discount it was an exceptional value compared to all the other top brands I looked at. The battery constructed well and has exceeded all of my expectations so far. I used it on a 4 day camping trip, it provided all the power I needed and never went below 70% with 300 watts of solar recharge capability. It powered lights, water pump, small refrigerator (during daylight hours), vent fan, radio, and USB charging. I’ll have no problem staying out a week or more with solar help. As a comparison, the original lead acid battery would not last a day while running the refrigerator. I couldn’t be happier with this LiTime 280Ah battery and would highly recommend.
