The speed of a 36V golf cart can vary depending on factors such as the make and model, as well as any modifications made to the cart. Generally, a stock 36V golf cart can reach speeds of around 12 to 15 miles per hour.
The amperage draw of a 36V golf cart varies based on factors such as terrain, weight load, and the condition of the batteries and motor. On average, it can range from 20-30 amps.
Lithium batteries can deliver more power to your golf cart than traditional lead-acid batteries. This means you can tackle hills and inclines with ease, and your golf cart will have a higher top speed.
Lithium batteries have a significantly longer lifespan compared to lead-acid batteries, LiTime lithium golf cart batteries can last 10+ years.
1. LiFePO4 Battery Charger
We recommend using a 43.8V battery charger to maximize the capacity
Recommend charging voltage: 42.6V ~ 43.8V
Recommend charging current: 12A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5hrs to 100% capacity. 30A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2hrs to around 97% capacity.
Attention:
Connect the charger to the battery before connecting it to the grid power in case of sparks.
Remember to disconnect the charger from the battery after fully charging.

2. Solar Panels
The battery can be fully charged in one day (with effective sunshine 4.5 hrs/day) by 700W solar panels. It may take more than one day to fully charge the battery by ≥700W solar panels since the duration and intensity of light would be a great factor for their charging efficiency.
3. Generator/Alternator
If the alternator or generator supports DC output, a DC-to-DC charger is needed to connect the battery to the generator; if your alternator or generator supports AC output, please add a suitable battery charger to connect the battery and the generator according to our recommendations. The Recommended Charging Voltage: 42.6V ~ 43.8V.
The Recommended Charging Current: ① 12A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 30A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.
