Q: Can I Use Marine Trolling Motor Battery in Electric Outboard Motor?
A:
Normally, it's not recommended to use a battery designed for a trolling motor in an electric outboard motor since the surge discharge current might not be sufficient. Outboard motors often require higher power for acceleration and sustained operation, which can lead to higher surge currents that trolling motor batteries may not handle well.
If you’re planning to use an electric outboard motor, it’s best to invest in a battery specifically designed for such applications like LiTime Outboard Motor Batteries. These batteries are built to handle the high power requirements and ensure optimal performance and safety.

Q: How do I monitor the battery status?

This 12V lithium battery, equipped with an integrated Bluetooth module, enables convenient monitoring of the battery status using your smartphone through the LiTime App.
Q: What to do when receive the battery?
A:
Please charge the Bluetooth battery first after receiving it. This will ensure that the battery can be turned on and the Bluetooth connection is established.
Our Bluetooth batteries are delivered in the off state, the virtual voltage of the battery terminal is 3V-5V, this is a normal phenomenon, just use the AC-DC lithium battery charger or MPPT solar charge controller to charge the battery and turn on the battery, it can be used normally.
If you intend to store the battery for an extended period without use, we recommend charging it to a SOC of 30% to 50% and conducting maintenance every three months. These measures will help preserve its functionality and performance in the long run.
Q: How many batteries can I connect in sereis or parallel?
A:
The 12V lithium battery from LiTime supports maximum connections of 4 in series and 4 in parallel. Allow you to build up a maximum battery system of 16 battery units with 20.48kWh Max. capacity and 20.48kW of Max. power.
To connect in series or parallel, batteries should meet the below conditions:
a. identical batteries with the same battery capacity (Ah) and BMS (A);
b. from the same brand (as lithium battery from different brands has their special BMS);
c. purchased in near time (within one month).
Q: Can I use this to start my car/boat engine?
A:
No. LiTime LiFePO4 lithium batteries are not intended to be used as starting batteries but energy storage, please do not use them to start any devices. If you need the marine starting batteries, visit LiTime 12V 20Ah Marine Cranking or 12V 140Ah Dual Purpose battery to choose.

Instaled this battery in my tavel trailer, to replace 2 200 ah 6 volt lead acid batteries. Did not need 200 ah bateries , but was concerned that a 100 ah LiFePo4 Li time would have the muscle to move my Hydraulic operated slide rooms, Well.... yes it did several times ( just moved in and out for fun after initial trial). very pleased . Will Prose review was spot on, and 5 out of 5 stars for sure. Graet job LI Time.. I would be happy to Beta test any of your equipment like 3 Kw invertors or 48 volt batteries, in which case im sure i would be extremly satisfied and post an honest rewiew as well. Thanks

I have been using a lead acid battery for my Old Town Sportsman120 Auto Pilot kayak for the past year and a half. Made the switch to lithium Li-Time 12V 100 AH TM w/ Bluetooth. Price was reduced so I purchased it with a charger. First thing I noticed was the weight difference of the lithium being almost 30lbs lighter which allowed me to maneuver better and faster. First time out I spent over 8 hours utilizing the trolling motor and spot lock and the battery still had 68% power left after my fishing trip. Next time out the GoPro is going to be running, and I will be doing a video review on this battery. I feel this purchase was a good decision on my part and I am glad I made the switch. I have purchased one 12V 100AH battery for my Electric trolling motor. I have since purchased 3 1/V 100AH batteries (total of 3 ). I am very satisfied with all. I especially like the Bluetooth option. I can see what my battery charge is at any given moment Connected in parallel gives me 24 Volts which is required for my electric trolling motor

First things first Customer service was great, Mavis was very helpful with all my Questions and shipping was fast I ordered 3 12 volt 100 amp hour batteries for my trolling motor but have not yet installed them yet, My first tournament is not until March 22nd. But the batteries show up 50% charged and in great condition.
