I have bought a lot of your batteries and most recently have ordered a controller/inverter. Also I bought 3 battery monitors. For the battery monitors as with your other products I like the packaging and especially the instructions. Other companies that I have worked with can have confusing or a lack of operating instructions which leads me to not trust them or their products so this is very important to me and so far your company is one of the few I feel comfortable with. For this reason I will make an extra effort to buy products from your company. As an example I recently bought a 230v controller and inverter (for 48v battery input). This product was so difficult to set up and operate I gave up. In addition I read reviews that the construction of this products could be dangerous and even start a fire. Because of this experience I am buying a controller/inverter from you because I trust you. Of course I intend to buy more of your products in the future. As an example, I am wishing I could buy one of your inverters that you sell in europe 48v to 220-240v ac as I could use at least one of those and also a controller (for PV input to batteries). If you could send me one I would be very happy because to have all of my equipment from the same company is good and as I said before I feel more comfortable with your products.
