LiTime has the absolute best customer service. Being new to solar power, I had so many questions. I started with a 230 Ah Battery then the charger. I was a bit disappointed that the charger does not provide a reading for % of charge. In order to store properly, the battery has to be maintained at roughly 40% capacity. The instructions were clear for wiring an entire system but for my current needs I only wired the battery, shunt and monitor. On my own, I complicated the heck out of something that was very si.ple. YouTube is your friend. Love the products and love the customer service.
