Yes, you can charge LiTime LiFePO4 lithium batteries with solar panels. There are 3 ways to charge.
1. Using Solar Panels + Solar Charge Controller
The battery can be fully charged in one day (with effective sunshine 4.5 hrs/day) by 400W solar panels. It may take more than one day to fully charge the battery by ≥400W solar panels since the duration and intensity of light would be a great factor for their charging efficiency.
Besides solar panels, there are 2 more ways to charge.
2. Generator/Alternator
If the alternator or generator supports DC output, a DC-to-DC charger is needed to connect the battery to the generator; if your alternator or generator supports AC output, please add a suitable battery charger to connect the battery and the generator according to our recommendations. The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V. The Recommended Charging Current: ① 20A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 50A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.
3. LiFePO4 Smart Chargers
To charge 12V battery, it is recommended to use 14.6V battery charger.
The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V.
The Recommended Charging Current: ① 20A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 50A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.
The LiTime 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 batteries can be safely charged between 0°C to 50°C (32°F to 122°F). But when charging under the freezing point, the battery cells may be damaged.

It is recommended to store LiTime LiFePO4 batteries at 50% state of charge (SOC). If the batteries are stored for long periods, recharge the batteries at least every 3 months. Recommended storage environment: 10℃~35℃ (50℉~95℉), 45%RH~75%RH
You can charge our LiTime 12V 100Ah lithium battery with a 12V 10Ah or 12V 20Ah charger, and a full charge will take 10 hours and 5 hours respectively.
The maximum number of connecting LiTime 12V 100Ah lithium batteries in series or parallel is 4 (4S or 4P). Please notice that the LiTime lithium batteries can ONLY be connected in series or parallel with the same brand (LiTime), same type (lithium), same voltage (V), same capacity (Ah), same BMS and similar purchasing date (within 1 month).
We needed batteries for our solar system on our rv. We read reviews and recommendations from other campers. We decided to order from Li Time. Their website was less expensive than Amazon and more purchase options. I emailed customer service about our need for the batteries and they had them shipped them quickly. Great customer service! The batteries ran our solar system on our camper with no problem, we used lights, 12 volt refrigerator and brewed coffee with an electric percolator. We are careful about the lights and set our refrigerator to the night setting but we are still very happy with power the batteries provide. We look forward to not having to worry about bad batteries.

When from 4 6v deep cycle batteries to 8 100ah LiTime lithium batteries. These lithium batteries appear to be solidly made and have performed as expected.
Installed 2 100ah batteries in boat as my house bank with the Litime DC to DC 40amp charger to protect alternator. I have to say very happy with everything.
Had many problems. TL;DR, this battery makes SLA batteries look stupid. The problem? The battery would produce the equivalent of a 35smp hours SLA battery after first fill charge. In fact, the SLA battery outperformed this battery. This battery would also completely die when ambient temperature reached below 45 degrees F. I contacted tech support. They instructed me to allow the battery to go completely flat and then connect the solar charge controller back to the battery. Do not use the battery until it twas completely charged. Then use as normal. This solved the problem and the battery actually provides slightly more reserve power than advertised. Use caution lifting this battery. If you are accustomed to lifting SLA batteries of the equivalent size, you might throw this one through the ceiling by accident. This battery has such little weight that it feels like a Zonk gimmick. This is not a vehicle starter battery. Worked well when I used it as a vehicle battery booster. I connected this battery to the battery in the vehicle and allowed this battery to charge the vehicle battery. Then I disconnected this battery and started the vehicle without the lithium battery connected and the vehicle started very easily. This is your solar, camping, and emergency battery power supply.
